I feel like I am late to the Avantgarde Vegan party. Lol. Been watching the vids on YT for about 3 months and bought both books at Christmas. Really looking forward to making this and loads of the other recipes. We went meat-free and then vegan for the animals and the planet too, not because we didn't like meat, so you've definitely got 2 fans at our house. Once you have stopped eating meat though, you get to a point where you realise just what it was you were actually eating. The smell of animal fat and flesh cooking now is a real turn off. We give our dogs chicken still and once it's been cooked and put in the fridge, opening the container smells like dead body. You become hypersensitive to it when you're only eating clean, plant-based foods.
Yes does look amazing but Ingredients coz a bomb shell how can you justify being vegan when ot costs twice as much where I am this video alone has made me go back to eating meat sorry

Hi, I can't get wheat gluten on its own in Italy and so I have to make seitan from scratch (washing and soaking normal flour).. Any advice for making this using that method? Love your videos Gaz, please never stop!! #crueltyfreechristmas

Hi Gaz. Do you promote using vegan wines in your recipes? A great many people are unaware that most wine (both reds and whites) is not vegan. You can certainly help spread the word. I hope you do, or that you will. Take care. π±
