    Ingredients:
    – Cauliflower: 1 pc
    – Salt to taste
    – Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
    – Carrot: 1 pc
    – Capsicum: 1 pc
    – Spring Onions: White 1/4 cup, Green 2 tbsp
    – Green Chilli: 4 pc
    – Coriander Leaves: Handful
    – Onion: 1 pc
    – Paneer: 1/2 cup
    – Garlic: 3 tbsp
    – Ginger: 1 tbsp
    – Pepper
    – Chilli Flakes
    – Light Soy Sauce: 1 tsp + 1 tsp
    – Dark Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
    – Green Chilli Sauce: 1 tbsp
    – Vinegar: 1/2 tsp
    – Red Chilli Sauce: 1 tbsp
    – Corn Flour: 4 tbsp
    – Maida: 4 tbsp
    – Corn Flour Slurry: 2 tbsp
    – Sesame Seeds: 1 tsp

    Recipe:
    1. Soak the cauliflower in hot water with some salt and turmeric powder.

    2. (Optional) For Vegetable Stock: Add all the vegetable peels and leftovers in a saucepot with water, whole garlic, black peppercorns, salt and coriander seeds. Let it boil.

    3. Take a bowl, add finely chopped cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, green chilli, coriander leaves, onion, spring onion green and white, paneer, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, soy sauce and green chilli sauce. Combine everything well.

    4. Add equal parts of corn flour and maida to it and mix well. You should be able to form a ball that doesn’t break. Add more flour if required.

    5. Deep fry the balls in oil. First, fry them till half done. Second time, flash fry in on high flame till you get a beautiful datk golden brown colour.

    6. Sauce: Take a wok, add oil, onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves, spring onions and saute.

    7. Add salt, pepper and capsicum. Saute. Then, add the water OR the vegetable stock that we had prepared.

    8. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and chilli flakes. Mix well and let it come to a boil.

    9. Add corn flour slurry to it and mix. The gravy will thicken. Add the Manchurian balls to it. Toss them. Top with spring onions, sesame seeds and serve!

    Bro whenever you add sauces in Chinese wok, try to add from the edges of the wok. You will be amazed with the taste. And also it's the actual method to add sauces traditionally.
