    Dried fruit is so awesome in stuffing. Dried apple, raisins, dried cranberries, along with the stale bread and herbs and spices. The meat steaming out, re-hydrates the fruit and releases a lot of the flavor into the stuffing and meat.

    Growing up we always had stuffing in the bird. And i realize why that is a bad idea, but we never had any issues with it. I think the biggest issue is that we tend to under cook the turkey in an effort to keep it moist. But i have never minded dry poultry, it eats just fine to me. That's a great way to use the cranberry sauce, to help with the dryness of the meat.

    As long as non-domestic folk, men and women both, want something good to eat there will always be a place for educators like yourself. After all, if you want to eat you better know how to put it on the table OR go hungry or filled with an unfulfilled palate. Make sense? All that zesting but what about resting? Any holiday meal has the ability to make me gag or cringe even if just slightly coming directly out of heat. Smells yucky but goes away after awhile. The smell permeating the house is ok but a direct whiff is not always pleasant. Hope YouTube can find a permanent home for you with or without sponsorship.Make $ by providing to grateful clients.
