Congratulations Lynn!!! I’m so glad to be a part of your YouTube family! I’ve seen all of your videos and can’t wait to see what you post next! I know it’s going to be great! You and I are so similar, except I don’t do videos. 🫀 We could be real sisters, not just sisters in Christ! Also, I’m a phlebotomist as your husband was and I have a daughter named Laureen! ❀ πŸ€—

Congratulations Lynn on your 3 year anniversary. This was a great video, using up the leftovers. Sometimes the leftovers are even better than the first time around ..such as a roast. I love hot roast beef sandwiches. This week I had two meals of potato soup. I potato left in the pantry, half an onion from the fridge, a couple stalks of celery with all the leaves on it, a carrot sliced small, some onion powder, salt & pepper. I cooked it in a bit of water until the veggies were tender then turned it down low to stop the boil then added a pat of butter and some 1/2 & 1/2. It was delicious. So glad you enjoyed the card. That was one of my favorites to make. Y'all have a Blessed evening.

Congratulations! I enjoy your upbeat videos. We also love leftovers! I often plan ahead and purposely make more than enough for one meal. Now that my youngest adult son and his 2 boys (3&7) have moved in, I set aside a portion for his lunch for the next day, and repurpose the remaining leftovers in a casserole or soup. A 3 lb chicken that I roasted for dinner one night became a creamy chicken, stuffing, cheesy casserole incorporating leftover and aging veggies, heavy cream, Italian cheeses…delicious! It's leftovers became a lunch for my son and a freezer meal for a later date. The chicken carcass and scrap veggies made a delicious broth for a pot of creamy chicken sink soup…a mishmash of frozen cooked chicken, potato cubes, leftover cauliflower rice, a carrot, celery, heavy cream frozen a year ago, chopped kale and parsley. Everyone loved it! 1 chicken became several dinners and lunchesπŸ™‚

Congrats on 3 years! Thank you for being such a Godly example on your channel and putting in right out there, I love that.
If you make a meal you like but do not want to eat it more than twice, I got a pack of 3 aluminum pans with the cardboard cover. I make up one of those for a yummy meal, put it in a zipper bag and vacuum sealed it. I put it in the freezer for a night I do not want to cook. If you do that with 1 meal you each like, you can make a dinner where everyone gets a favorite.
