Great video. I have taken my frozen tomatoes and let them thaw in the sink before making sauce to help get out some water so I don't have to cook it down so long it worked for me. I just wanted to let you know in case you wanted to try it. Have a great day.

Hi, I really enjoyed watching your video. I can learn a thing or two. I have been wanting to do the vanilla extract and you make it look easy. What size jar did you use? About how many vanilla beans would i need for that size jar?
What did you do to the bananas?
Oh Chelise I have been canning so much tomato sauce I have canned 24 quarts of marinara sauce from tomatoes, onions, and peppers from my garden I have enough tomatoes for another 10 quarts with what I have canned and what I need to can and store bought sauce I have enough for once a week for close to a year. I have a son that could eat spaghetti everyday of his life if you let him its a frugal meal so I am happy to oblige him once a week. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Your a super mama!! Idk how u do it all! I have been freezing all the produce we don't use. Now we have a possible hurricane 🌀 coming at us (Florida) and I'm super worried about losing power and all the work I have done. I have a zucchini… how can I make them into fries and freeze them? Also super worried about all our veg plants outside
