Favorite chicken recipe: super simple chicken and rice casserole. Mix some cooked chicken with rice, large amount of quality butter (cut into cubes) frozen peas, green beans, carrots (or veggies of choice), fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Pop in the oven for about 30 min. I've eaten this as a freezer meal as a postpartum meal, and have given it to people. Good simple comfort food.

Love watching your family cooking together. My family loves fried chicken but I don’t like cooking it. It makes to much of a mess. I really like chicken enchiladas made with chili verde. I m going to try your chili recipe. It looks delicious.

I have been watching you guys for a couple of months. I look forward to your videos. I usually cook a whole chicken then use the carcass for broth and after that I take the bones and dry them and use them as bonemeal in my garden

We love chicken parm using egg wash, pork panko "breading" with Italian seasoning, Mary's skinless boneless breasts cooked in 20 minutes in the air fryer at 400. 😋 Served with pasta, sauce and whatever. Just the 2 of us, enough for 2 meals.

Love this series. You inspired me to cook a whole chicken for the first time. Then i made chicken broth, which i will freeze dry. Normally we eat chicken tenders cooked in the air fryer i do 2 lbs in batches & that gives me options for meals throughout the week: chicken alfredo, chicken Ceasar salad, chicken quesadillas, asian chicken fried rice with bok choy.
