Got my first weight set when I was a teenager and it was one of the single most inspiring things I done as a youth, not only does it build muscle it builds self-esteem and confidence in your abilities as an athlete or in life in general

I know weight lifting significantly increases bone density, and other MDs would have you believe we are just devolving, as they cite bone density of past humans as being far greater than what we see in our population today. I believe this to be BS and just contribute it to the sedentary lifestyle. 2. I grew up a swimmer and have longer limbs, I firmly believe what you do in your youth affects how you grow. If you only do weight lifting you're setting up your body to grow shorter muscles and thus shorter limbs made for lifting. Kids need to mix it up if they are to grow into balanced bodies. Weight lifting produces short muscles while rowing/swimming creates long muscles. What are your thoughts?
Doctor has child to covertly research youth musculorum development in physical conditioning for maximum lifelong performance, how very…medical of you…for your son's sake I hope you're paying him to participate in this seemingly well documented experiment. Modern parents are worried about everything. I raced motocross, played ice hockey, Kendo. I've been getting knocked around and falling off of stuff my whole life . Lots of kids don't get to have fun . It's pretty sad.
This would be an amazingly useful thing to document. Adults starting can utilize it to not only get inspired, but learn it the right way. This is way marketable.
Agree with your message about eating meat and how this pandemic is being badly handled ..some of these leaders have lost their mind .I have alittle more compassionate view with people having weight problems . And other health issues. Many trends since the 1950s have contributed. I will leave it at that . Veganism can be healthy if someone lives closer to the equator and spends much time ,at least 4 hours daily in the 🌞. Wish you well in your endeavors
