    Bringing to you FIRST TIME a delicious and healthy dip I have curated with roasted pumpkin, bell pepper & a healthy mix of Pecan Nuts. It has all the colours & flavours. Serve Roasted Pumpkin Dip topped with Pecan Nut, coriander, and green chili mix. This flavorful dip is perfect for pairing with crostini (toasted Bread loaf) or your choice of crackers. Not only is it a great way to celebrate the season, but it also comes with a variety of health benefits!

    Pumpkin is a great source of vitamin A, which is important for eye health and immune function. It is also high in fiber and low in calories, making it a great choice for those looking to maintain a healthy weight. Pecan nuts, are packed with antioxidants and healthy fats, which can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. The best part of Pecan Nuts is that compared to other nuts, they stay good for longer period.
    Recipe is quick & easy-
    – Take 250 gm chopped pumpkin & 1 red bell pepper (if big then take half )
    – Add 2 tsp oil, salt & pepper
    – Roast it in pre-heated oven at 200 degree for 20-25 minutes; till you get the charred effect. (You can air fry it)
    – Remove the skin from the bell-pepper
    – Now in a mixer jar, take roasted pumpkin, bell pepper, and Feta cheese 100 gm
    – Make smooth dip
    – For Topping, take chopped roasted Pecan Nuts, Coriander & green chilli
    – Coarsely chop them
    – Add 1 tbs honey (or Maple Syrup if you don’t eat Honey) & salt
    – Mix them well
    – Now in a serving plate, spread pumpkin dip & sprinkle the Pecan nut mixture on the top
    – At last drizzle some olive oil
    – Enjoy this delicious & nutritious unique dip with toasted crostini or your choice of crackers.
