I rarely comment on youtube videos. This recepie has been a life saver. I use this base for mutter tofu, malai kofta, navratan korma and many others. It make it is giant batches , blend it and freeze it for weeks. It allows me to make healthy meals for my family and work a full time busy job, and spend time with a 6 month old. Thank you.

Combined this recipe with some coconut creamer, tofu, mixed veggies, butter and masala to create a vegan butter masala curry! Thanks Poonam & team for making my first time using Instant Pot so easy! Quick question. – my Instant Pot doesn't have a manual butting. Should I use "Pressure Cook" instead?

Hello. I made the gravy today and it was wonderful. I made 2 batches and froze them in one dish amount. It’s going to really help when family comes into town. Have you ever tried the store bought ones? Personally, I don’t like the taste and regret every time I do it because waste the protein!

Hi Poonam, great basic recipe . Could you tag all the recipes you made so far that use this punjabi gravy. It will give your viewers a fair idea of how versatile the recipe is. Thanks.

Loving your basics videos! In fact, I'm living all of your videos! One thing (and I'm sorry to be that girl!), when you were referring to turmeric, you called it adad. The word you're looking for is hardar in Gujarati or haldi in Hindi. Adad is urad in Gujarati. I noticed it in your khichdi video also. I don't mean to offend at all – I really do love your videos!
