Yeah, I have bought a lot of Indian spices from the shop and now I am in the progress of learning new dishes from your channel. These home cooking is so beneficial for me because I can learn how to lay out home style Indian dishes for lunch etc.

Bumbi I am not comfortable without washing the lentils . It is a different story in India . I actually fertilise my plants using chal dhowa & dal dhowa jol and I have hundreds of plants . Can I wash the lentils well sun dry it and store them ( just the ones I plant to roast and use ) or will it mess with the taste and aroma

Thank you so much for the okra recipe. I’m not a fan of okra, but yours looks so vibrant and simple that I’m going to get okra at the market and give this recipe a try. I’ve never minded how okra tastes, but I just don’t like the gooey parts. I know, I know, they are good for me and I should be setting a good example for my children, but there are some foods I just can’t love, you 😅know? But I’m hoping you’ll change my mind about okra.
