This was such a helpful video as I am in the process of packing up where we are renting. We are building currently but have to move out of here in two months. Everything is going into storage until our house is build.

You could put your kitchen aid on the counter to the left of the sink in the corner and it will be right near your bakeware.
I have all my bakeware together in the same cabinet. All my cookies sheets, muffin oans, cake pans, rolling pin,
Measuring cups and spoons and my kitchen aid on the counter right next to it. Makes it so much easier to bake. I might move all your baking items
To the tall cabinets and move your appliances to the cabinet where your cookie sheets are now! Just an idea! Also I would put you trifle
Bowl up in the top shelf
Where your dishes are and your colander down where your 9x 13 dishes are. Also if you have room to put your pot that you have in your island with your pots and pans. Keeping everything together

We actually do have our plates in a lower cabinet. The kids were little when we moved. They could reach them to put them away and get them out to set the table. In 30 years we've never seen the need to move them. They aren't at floor level, the shelf of the bottom cabinet.

I store my kitchen aid attachments in the mixing bowl so they are all there when I go to use the mixer. Just a suggestion. You could do that and not have them just laying in the cabinet. Then all your baking spices I would say find a basket or container with no lid that fits in the baking cabinet to store all those so you can just pull the basket out use what you need then put it all back when you are done.

Your kitchen is beautiful! I was wondering if there is a pull out cutting board right above the drawer where you have your knives stored? I was just curious as it looks like there could be. Have a great week! God bless you!

Hi Kimmie, I'm so glad to see you again. I had stopped watching you, when you moved in with your inlaws. Seems like the channel had changed. But I'm back now. The kids have grown so much. Wow 😊

All your baking pans can be stored upright. Use small spring loaded tension rods (like for a door window) to separate items on their side.
Protects the surface, also can use for your cutting boards.
They will all take much less space.

It’s so funny when you talked about the last red kids bowl. We just bought new plates and so for lunches and breakfast. I saved one odd deep dish because that’s was the one my son eat his first solid food. All after that it was always oatmeal after that. It’s nice to have little things from there childhood. ❤ When I organize my kitchen I think around the stow/oven and were a would stand if I bake and so on. So I have fast and easy access to what need.

I have to say, I was an avid fan of the channel and then I kind of wavered away from it. I thought that the channel was becoming more of an influencer/promoter channel. But when I saw your last video explaining what was going on and how real you spoke to us (not saying you were ever not real) about social media and life, I respected your honesty so much. I felt like I was sitting in the kitchen listening to a friend while catching up. Life is so hard for all of us, no one knows what goes on behind closed doors. You absolutely did not have to explain anything to us but you did. Thank you for again showing us that part of you again. Blessings to you and your family 💛

Great job to get your kitchen the way you use it! I don’t like a lot of items on my counters either, not even decorative things- my electric kettle, our Keurig and my Kitchen Aid stand mixer, everything else is in cabinets though my late grandmother’s spun stainless steel canisters from the 1940’s live on an open shelf above the mixer and it holds flours and sugars.

I read the book the Swedish art of death cleaning. My kitchen is smaller than yours and I had to part with a lot of stuff. My advice is to get moved in and see what you don’t use in the first few months. If you don’t use every mug then get rid of them. I keep a company tote of extra mugs, plates, utensils etc. then when I have a crowd, I pull it out and I’m ready to go.

I would put the pots and pans with the lids in the tall cabinet . much easier than bending in the lazy susan. Use the lazy susan cupboard for the least used gadgets. You will find your own flow after awhile!

So excited for you guys and your new home! Looking forward to seeing you settling in. I am trying to figure out my tiny kitchen and how to make it work for me. We don’t have much but the storage is great for taller people with great stretch and reach but I am short with lots of mobility challenges. You gave me some great inspiration so I hope to be able to get my kitchen into a good working space.
Enjoy your new home, God Bless you ❤
