Will, your channel is one of my very favorites. I enjoy every episode. You’ve got a little bit of that Gordon Ramsey style going on which I like too. Just don’t be afraid to make it more of your own.
Go ahead and add in a few prepositions in front of your nouns sometimes. And maybe change up the color of your shirt for awhile. Just for some variation. Your an amazing chef, and if you ever want to come to the SF Bay Area for a visit. Maybe put together a one or two day vegan cooking class here. It would sell out for sure. All the best.

This was SO good! First time making Ramen from scratch and my partner and I really enjoyed it. The chili oil gives it a nice kick, the broth is nice and creamy. After sharing pictures I got a couple of requests from my family to cook it for them too and i will definitely do 🙂 thanks!

Wow, I just made the version of this from the Vegan Ramen Cookbook and it was amazing. Can anyone suggest what I can do with the kombu after I've removed it from the broth? Seems a shame to throw it away so I put it in the fridge hoping someone can help.
