You put more vegetables than shrimp in that shrimp stock.. and I’ve never seen anybody add tomato paste inside of the shrimp stock.. all of that in its self should have taken away from the actual “seafood” flavor in this dish.. I’m so confused.. maybe you put a “out of state” or “modern twist” on what is suppose to be gumbo but ok.
