I made this today. I only had an 8 inch pan so that is what I went with. To get the deep brown colour, I baked for 40 minutes. The middle was not jiggly when I took it out so it did not fall. Still tastes fantastic! Thanks for the recipe, this is a keeper.

Three things as I have done my keto version (very similar to this one) a number of times.
    1. Coconut flour is not necessary. I never add it. Ok, my cheescake is a bit more flat, may be it works with higher version
    2. You can make a small one in a 6-7 inch pan and you have 4 nice small pieces
    3. You can totally make it in an ait fryer. That's exactly how I bake mine.

This looks amazingly decedent! I'm tasting creamy Cheesecake fused w/a Creme Brulee?! Yummy
I've been dabbling w/cheesecake since college (when I found out cheesecake wasn't really Jello fluff 😶)?! And there's definitely a learning curve. But worse, the crack somewhere in middle seems to mare my beautiful cake everytime. SO this goof proof, even burnt swap is right up my alley. I can't wait to try this and my B'day is Friday!
    Happy🎂Birthday to me!!!

I have been waiting for this!!! Thank you! Your recipes are always amazing. This may replace my favorite one (the ricotta cake which is like the very best pound cake!). Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I've never made a baked cheesecake before! … I'm having guests on saturday, and I think I'll serve this one with fresh berries. What do you think, will it work? Or, can you serve it with chocolate sauce? I really would like to pimp it up a bit! 😀

Thank you for sharing this recipe, this is my favourite type of cheesecake, but I have never eaten it before Keto, I agree it is the easiest one to make, just like I like all my dishes.

Pre-Keto life I made a killer NY cheesecake. It's my Birthday treat to myself every year! I have been trying to figure out if I could sub other sweetners for sugar and maybe arrowroot for the cornstarch in my original recipe but this looks easier.
My birthday is Sunday and I have been reading your blog and watching your YT for days trying to find a cake for my new way of eating!!! Thanks so much for all your hard work and great advice!!!
