We did cook this with the oven instructions. Did not come out good at all. The rice was very soggy and is missing the flavor. I would have prefered the stir fry way.
I saw this at ALDI, and realized I already had all the ingredients at home and just used their recipe instructions it was good 😂
If you use the sauté setting and season the chicken on both sites before sautéing for 2 minutes on each side it brings out the flavors
Also added 3 garlic gloves and some carrots and it gave it more color and flavor 😁
It looks terrible. You did not clean chicken thighs without gloves. I used to clean up chicken thighs first with my gloves.
I have thinking about getting an instant pot. Maybe if I do, then I'll have try one of these from Aldi
