Thanks for this recipe Louise! Do you use a separate sealing ring for desserts so the flavors of other recipes doesn’t get absorbed into the dessert?

I preparing to pressure-cook 3 heads of cauliflower in my Foodi 8 qt. and could not turn the lid closed, It turns out the bottom of the red button was hitting the cauliflower and since it turns out the red button is an interlock that locks the lid while in the up position, so I rearranged the contents so it didn't hold the button up and the Food closed just fine!

I ran into a problem. When I took the cheesecake out of the Foodi, it looked great. However, when I cut into it, after letting it cool for four hours and adding the toppings, the center wasn't cooked all the way through – runny. I did notice that the paper towel was soaked when I removed it (along with the foil), and I let the cake sit for about 15 minutes before transferring into the Frig. I am wondering if the moisture getting into the cake could have caused the problem. I own a Ninja spring loaded pan and the filling came almost to the top of the pan. Could that have been my issue? BTW, I love your videos and would very much be interested in a cookbook if you ever decided to publish one.

Way too much caramel for my liking. I would make 15 or more cheesecakes with the amount of caramel you put in 1. Chantilly cream made into rosettes around without all the globs of caramel and chocolate then place 1 whole pecan in each rosette and drizzle the caramel and chocolate lightly on top. I make 16 cheesecakes every day along with many other desserts. There ya go. Tips from a professional baker. It is nice how you've shown us how you utilize the Ninja Foodie. Thinking about buying one. Thanks for showing.

Hi Louise, what a great job on the cheese cake and all in a Foodi, to boot (LOL). I am not a lover of Face Book, however is there any way you can list all the ingredients and the approximate amounts for the cheese cake? I love the non stick cutting knife.

Save time by using a can of sweeten condensed milk. Pop the top.wrap foil around the can. Put into instant pot with rack and put water to half of condensed milk. Put that bad boy on seal for 45 minutes. Do a kwik release, pick can out with mitt. Pour into glass jar.

I don't know if i'll ever pluck up the courage to try making this, but…just a thought with regards to the stickyness around the edges, I wonder if it would help to use one of those butter/oil sprays around the edge, before adding the ingredients? (or simply smear butter around it)
    Either way it looks amazing!

I've got to make this turtle cheesecake! Just a question…when making the brownie crust you used melted chocolate. Was it bakers chocolate or chocolate chips? Also the chocolate that was drizzled on the top of the cheesecake, was that melted chocolate chips?
    Thanks!
