I noticed that you leave your eggs out. I was under the impression that eggs are supposed to be in the fridge. Have I been doing it wrong all this time. BTW I'm glad I found your channel!! 😁

I needed this today!!!! <3 everything you do is just amazing. I wouldn’t mind seeing more of this style/theme of video more often!
I’m with you, I don’t want to eat the same thing every single day, but we ALWAYS have leftovers

This is a lot like what I call "leftovers glop". Any random leftover meat, gravy, meat juice, veggies, and/or a can of cream of mushroom and/or stewed tomato …. minute rice if none cooked, leftover rice or noodles if not, season to taste, water or stock as needed, microwave until cooked (about 10 minutes). Because the contents are somewhat random, it's different every time, but always good. (Tho it's frequently an ugly color! Yours is a lot prettier. And has a better name. 🙂

Always looking for new soup recipes. Love how you used your leftovers to create this. With it just being hubby and I now, we have a lot of leftovers. Sad to say, a lot of times they get thrown out. We try to reheat them the next day for lunch but don't always manage to get that done. Great idea. Thank you.

I have done this before with leftover chicken or turkey. Sometimes turned it into chicken and dumplings, or turn leftover chicken or hamburger meat or taco seasoned beef into tortilla soup. Works great. Today for lunch I took leftover rotisserie chicken into chicken and cornbread dressing, made chicken gravy and served it with freshly mashed potatoes and some German red cabbage which was also leftover from a German meal I had cooked a few days before. I looked into my pantry and found a can of whole cranberry relish and chilled it while my chicken dressing baked in oven. My family was surprised at having a Thanksgiving type meal in the middle of summer, but they loved it.

I love cooking your recipes but I always have way too much leftover. And I don’t like eating the same thing every day either. What I do is serve whatever meal that I am making, and then I put it into a little plastic containers and freeze them. The following morning I pull them out of the freezer and I vacuum them with the food saver. They stack real nice and symmetrical in the freezer and couple times a week I’ll go in and grab something I already made, I put it into the ninja in a bowl, add water, And pressure cook for 15 minutes with an immediate release and voilà dinner is ready. I Use this method with the marsala chicken, the Mexican rice, the beef tips and gravy, spaghetti, lasagna, chicken tortilla soup, Pea soup, lentil soup and pretty much anything.
