    Today we are going to make two tender, juicy steaks from an angus bottom round roast and save a few bucks too. First, we sliced the roast in half, then we tenderized the steaks in three different ways. Yup, after that, we seared the steaks in our cast iron skillet on all sides and cooked them until they were perfectly medium-rare in the middle. While the steaks were resting, we made a tasty homemade Au Jus.
