My first try at this. Store sent me a pork tenderloin as a substitute so, fingers crossed. Everything else, the same. Thank you! UPDATE. Just ate first plate of this recipe and it’s outstanding! Best recipe for busy people especially during holidays and lower expense without a big ol turkey. Just perfect for a small family. A keeper and heavenly flavors. I should’ve used a Turkey tenderloin but pork was ok, too. Thank you!!!! 😀
