Just ordered this canner to have it to can broth after we cook our Thanksgiving bird this year. Thanks for this tutorial!
I've been hearing a lot about bone broth. Never tried making it before but I am anxious. My question is this…wouldn't this be turkey broth?? There is still meat on the bones…right?? So wouldn't this be turkey broth? I am still really confused so sorry…I don't in any way mean to sound rude, I am just really confused??
I would start by canning ground turkey and bone broth soup. I have desperately been looking for a pressure canner
I would can some meals in a jar: chicken stew and beef stew

Who won!?
Who won the Nesco
The first thing I would make in the canner if I won it would be stew! Pints make great serving sizes for hubby to take to work. Thanks for this chance to win one!!
Loved your turkey series so far. I'm so glad you showed how to use the electric canner. I've been looking into them and was on the fence. You made it look simple to use. I like the fact that you don't have to baby sit it. You asked what would be the first thing is can in it? It would be my turkey broth in my refrigerator right now. So glad I know how to do it now. I may have to move it to the freezer with all the bones. Thanks again!
Hello
What is the reason for canning the broth then doing pressure cook for 20 minutes??
I am intrigued to know 🙂
The first thing I would can is chicken! Are the times the same in the electric canner as using a typical canner? How do you find the info?
I would so make broth with this awesome product! How easy this looks thanks Happy Thanksgiving 🦃
i would make roasted root veggies
Just cut up my first turkey using your video, thank you! I have never used a pressure canner because my Italian mother always said they would blow up my kitchen. Too funny. After watching your video on canning the broth I would love to try it. Thanks
That strainer is genius!
I would love to can some vegetable beef soup.
I have sweet potatoes to can–also turkey and gravy-I'd can this first!
I thought broth was supposed to go the same time as meat. 75 min pints and 90 quarts?
First thing would be apple cinnamon jelly like Smucker's individual serving size packages. I love it and cannot find it in a jar at the stores around me. Thanks for the opportunity to win this canner without an Instagram account.
I would like to try canning cranberry sauce. Looks so beautiful on all the different posts that I have seen.
I would can birria. A Mexican beef dish that has a wonderful full bodied broth. It's good for tacos, enchiladas, in a bowl with tortillas. This is our go to meal when we don't know what's for dinner.
I've been considering trying to can chicken, so that's probably the first thing that I would try in this. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to try to win this canner!

I have several bags of cranberries bought on a Thanksgiving sale for 99 cents a bag in the freezer. So the first thing I would can is cranberry juice and cranberry sauce and jam. I also bought one extra turkey to can.
Bone broth this looked amazing.
I have never made bone broth. This looks amazing. Now I really need a pressure canner to make this broth and stop buying store bought broth. Thank you for showing us how to do this!! ❤
First thing I would want to try to to can meats. Then broths and soups.
I'd make turkey broth first!
I am new to canning and I've been loving it. With the holiday season coming up there are some really great sales and deals. I would can up all the great meats and veggies I get with this canner. It looks so easy to use!
Pumpkin and other produce! Asparagus, green beans you know, the yummy stuff!
Since I don't know how to cook small, my fridge and freezer are always chaotic, I would be canning lots of leftovers. My scanner will have a permanent place of honor just off my little kitchen. ❤
I would can your chicken pot pie recipe. We love chicken pot pie and your's is the best. I make it and freeze in my quart jars. I would love to can some!!!!

London Broil! It's lean, tasty, and works beautifully in a broad range of dishes.
always wondered how to can in one of these units – I would also start with pints of broth – good size to encourage me to drink one a day!
The possibilities are endless, but I think given the time of year, I would can (bottle) turkey products as well.
I would can chili. We are only 2 folks and disabled. I could cook batches of chili and spaghetti sauce for when I hurt too bad to cook.
