my tuna caserole is unique . i make a alfredo sauce , then add chicken base , then i add lemon pepper and then i add mix veggies and macaroni elbow and mix veggies and my bread crumbs mix with parmesan.
I have to use up my egg noodles. This recipe is perfect!

My mom used to make a much less fancy version of this with a layer of potato chips on the top. I hated it then, but these days I really miss those old-school mom recipes.

I made this, it turned up not that sturdy. Dono where I went wrong, probalbly because I didn't remove the oil from the tuna. Enjoyed it anyway

That shit is ssssoooo good. I put some carrots also, cause I like both the peas and carrots inside. I was looking for the recipe that used white sauce, and yours was the first to pop up. I don't know where yellow cheese came into the mixture. But it's gross, and white is the only way to do with tuna.

I made this with a very sharp cheese and let me tell you, I loved it a lot more with sharp cheese (I used extra sharp New York Cheddar)
Gives a good balance, kind of like a salt and vinegar chip.
I used shallots instead of onions, microplaned 2 cloves of garlic into the cream sauce, and doubled the peas (2cups), and was very happy with the results!

Tuna should only be solid white, that dark tuna in oil looks gross, like cat food, that just turned me off on tuna casserole for a long time now. Sorry😲☹️ but I always liked your other recipes.

I am gonna attempt this with a vegan/gluten free white sauce and gluten free pasta. Only medical reasons, o how I miss my cheese!
