I just tired this recipe and it is so good. I replaced the tuna with meat and it still tastes delicious. My co-workers and husband loves my Korean cooking. Thanks seonkyoung longest for making Korean cooking so easy. You're the best!!!!

I always wondered why my kimchi jiggae tasted a bit watered down when I was in college, turns out I never used a broth or dashi lol. I’m half Korean so when I went home for the break and my mom saw me making kimchi jiggae and tasted it she scolded me as to why I didn’t put anchovy stock or dashi since I kept putting salt or soy sauce in it to give it flavor 😂 College budget secret, ramyum soup base does the job too!

I made this for dinner tonight (except I kept it vegetarian without tuna) and it was FRICKEN DELICIOUS!! Omg so simple, quick, easy and SUPER tasty! I have a cold at the moment and I knew I needed something hot and spicy to make me feel better and this was it!! Thanks Seon! <3 🙂
