    Good luck with your house hunting! 🤞 hope you find something lovely for you all 🥰

    Just a quick pudding idea for anyone who might like… half butter, half cream cheese to make a buttercream frosting. Piped into little blobs on grease proof paper and frozen. They are soft enough to eat from frozen and taste quite sweet (to me anyway)

    I may try adding a couple of egg yolks to make it more ice creamy and maybe some lemon zest…😊

    G’day Anita.
    Very exciting news. I pray you’re able to find a new home that suits your needs sooner rather than later and the move and transition goes smooth for you all.
    All the best, Angie from Down Under 😊

    Lovely to hear from you. I’m impressed that your prioritizing stress management, Anita. I like looking at mind, body, heart & spirit in the long run;
    my pattern is to go faster and not pause, breathe, ground & Heat spirit or simply a quiet mind. Lovely with the Castor oil pack!
    Your so loyal and kind to your fans Anita. I try 1Tablespoon of butter at bedtime, acupuncture helped me sleep longer, but if I’m thought disturbed after a pee, I sit up to meditate in a few minutes I lay down and zzzzzzzz’s are deep and solid. From often having a 5:00 am waking I did tge meditation instead of rising. I slept in to 7:30 !!!

    So exciting for you Anita. I love the idea of living with family. Victoria is a great place for this. When we downsized and sold our big house in Coquitlam and moved to White Rock we couldn't find a place that was suitable. So, we decided to rent for a year and look carefully for a townhouse. It worked out just fine. We love our little townhouse with an ocean view and we are in walking distance to shopping and coffee shops. Hopefully your move goes smoothly and you find your perfect place. Good luck to you!

    Hi Anita! Congrats on your wonderful plans i hope it all goes smoothly. I like this info about sleep hygiene reminders. Good way to put it.

    When you say your sleep scores are in the toilet what does that mean for reference? 50’s? 60?s? My sleep scores often are in the 80’s. Is this good or not? I have never got above 87. I always score low for sleep depth And the number of interruptions per night . Post menopausal -perhaps those will never improve. My sleep regularity is good.

    Bless you. We're trying to retire but have a business to shut down and things are so high we haven't found property where we want to move that's affordable for us. ❤

    Congratulations! I retired a month ago, still mentally transitioning! I have a question regarding the castor oil pack; do you sleep with it on? Thanks for all you do.

    Congradulations! I love Victoria also. I live on Whidbey Island, right across from Victoria, on the water. The night lights over the water are beautiful.

    Congratulations on making a big decision and moving on it! That first step is usually a doozy, but it sounds like a great move for you. You’ll love being in Victoria full time and retired! I’m on the island, Comox Valley, and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
