Congrats on the house! Start your day with LMNT instead of coffee – and see if that does it. It works for Neisha Berry and I've been putting the chocolate salt in decaf to start the day and I feel fine and getting more done.

Also speaking of clean…. Perhaps you can find a Hudderite group where you are going we get eggs super cheap…and perhaps your family can find a rancher and put money each month towards a cow or bison . Grass fed grass finished ….I am not sure if you go that route yet ….I mean beef from a grass fed finished animal . Also have you done a parasite and heavy metal cleanse ( cellcore) . Also, if you wanted to get a whole pig and good quality chickens, you can connect with people in your area to buy a bulk amount so that you don’t have to pay as much.

Thanks for the inspiration for June. I have just signed up to a 30 day challenge to “Jump into June” on youtube in Canada for $20 for 10 mins per day for 30 days of June. This is to prove that the blessings and gains one can achieve with just 10 minutes of exercise per day!!

Congratulations on your new house. Moving can be stressful, but is also and exciting time. I am going on the Lo Carb Cruise on 6/3, but I will be joining you when I return home.

Congratulations on your New Home Purchase!!! 🏡I love all your videos, they're very informative. I'm also a senior and recently learned about cxalates discussed in the book "Toxic Superfoods"… the accumulation of eating these foods did a lot of damage to my joints (and other areas) over the years. Fortunately, those foods are no longer part of my diet, however, I'm wondering if you've considered "oxalate dumping" as a source of discomfort and inflammation. Knowledgeable doctors talk about this problem occurring when we stop ingesting those particular veggies. However, most only seem to recognize the association with oxalate crystals in kidney stones, but not the many other areas where they can wreak havoc. It's just a topic I thought I would mention. Please keep up the excellent videos Anita… we enjoy them very much!!! Thank you. 🥩 🥓 🧀 ☕🍳🥑

I’m moving from one house to the next. 63 and over 100 lbs to lose. You are an inspiration. Your sardine fast was the bomb. Thanks for this. I’d love to give up coffee, but I have so much to do. Will try to give it up in a month or so.

Totally understand not wanting to pay to move food, but wondering how prices will compare(and possibly availability) to where you are vs where you're going. We are taking advantage of all we can get to store up here in Alabama.

Stay clean in June, inspired me to do this as well. Ive been on a weight loss stall for quite a few months, so maybe this will do the trick. Your new house sounds pretty amazing. Exciting times ahead for you. Take it easy and take care.

I love beef and ate it not quite exclusively for 5 or more months. With no weight loss. When i started eating chicken and turkey , (a bit leaner than beef) i dropped 10 lbs so quickly and easily. I cant figure this out. The butter "thing" was a nightmare for me. I too am eating out of the freezer till its empty. Love being able to relate! Thanks for all you do!

How will you determine when the rosacea clears if it was due to coffee, egg whites, dairy or stress?
So thrilled for your new home with room for all.
    Fabulous shirt!

Gave up coffee myself, just last week. The first two days were awful but not difficult to overcome. I have a lot of nervous energy and coffee was getting me way too amped. Today, 9 days without coffee, I've experienced a lot of nervous energy and I know that if I had a coffee it would send me to an unpleasant place. I quit due to my rosacea. Between the coffee and the cream, I've not been able to heal it on keto. I am already seeing an improvement. Cut my dairy/cheese consumption down by 90%, too. I'm weaning myself off of all dairy eventually. Tough but worth it, I hope.

Good luck with the coffee cessation, Anita. I hope it brings you a bit more calm/peacefulness, as it has for me. I'm sleeping better at night, too. Ka-ching – bonus!
