This recipe is so easy and delicious with a baguette, a crisp salad, & a glass of wine, you cant go wrong!
I've made it with real feta and it is really delicious and simple. Will try it with vegan cheese and balsamic.
The first time I advertently used grape tomatoes 🍅 (poor listening!) It was ok but cherry 🍒 tomatoes – DELICIOUS. Love this recipe your way! Thank you. 😊

Sounds totally yummy! YES to the balsamic and chilli flakes but I might add chopped spinach too. 🤔 I sure hope I can find vegan feta here in the boonies.

you can serve it in "Murphy style" (so with a big salad at the side) and will be come healthy and delicious because it has everything.
As Long as there is greek feta, it's tasty
I made this a while back and found that the cherry tomatoes were too sweet, and it was a bit bland for my taste, which was surprising because how do you go wrong with that combination, so good. But I think the balsamic vinegar might solve that! Also maybe using some larger tomatoes that aren't as sweet, and even more garlic. Thanks, I will try it again 🙂
I've been looking for fresh basil for months–the only way I can find it is chopped up pieces in a 1/4 c plastic cup. Is it another item affected by COVID transportation issues?
