So you actually left the mushroom marinating overnight? Y-You? I mean… Rose did something that required time and planning ahead?
Rose from Cheap Lazy Vegan, that Rose? I'm very confused.
    … WHO ARE YOU?

Funny you mention eating more Mac and cheese after becoming vegan. I have never made non vegan Mac and cheese, and I ate cheese for 30 years!(gross, I hate admitting that out loud lol)

In your non vegan days, did you ever eat egg salad? That’s what deviled eggs taste like. The only addition is the paprika on the deviled eggs, at least the way my mom made them.

Measuring pasta! omg I have no idea how much pasta to cook unless I measure it + I know exactly how much I might want (am I hungry for 80g? 100? 125? or maybe it's pasta alla vodka and I'll want 150?). Without a measuring scale I am completely lost pasta wise haha

Those "deviled eggs" make me wish I still drank. Can you imagine coming home drunk and shoving one of those bad boys in your mouth?! 😂😍

    Eggs:
I would 100% use the Avantgardevegan's or Yeung Man Cooking's vegan ramen egg recipes for the base of these. Their versions are a milion times more realistic! Having said that, the stuffing sounded amazing and I bet it would be super tasty on a sandwich or in a wrap!

    Mac'n cheese:
    – I always need to measure the pasta too – otherwise I can never get the amount even close to right XD
    – Having an immersion blender would make your life 1000 easier 😀
    – When you sprinkled the parsley saying you add paprika my mind had no idea what was going on 😀
All in all, looked tasty but I think everyone has their own take on cheesy mac'n cheese so no surprise you would customize it too!

    Hot dogs:
Firs of all, no one is surprised these carrots tasted like carrots. HOWEVER, I am sure you could make them a bit meatier, by: leaving the skin on, baking them instead of cooking and substituting some soy sauce with a vegan ham/chicken/beef bullion more meat-like flavour.
Secondly, I am SO HAPPY (decent) vegan hot dogs have been easily available for years where I live and although they are not healthy at all, it is a great option when you crave some comforting classics 😀

I am not on TikTok BUT I already know her and honestly, she is just the sweetest 😀
And apparently she loves carrots as she makes both hot dogs and bacon out of them!

Great vid! I don't mind carrot dogs but it's pretty rare I'd make them. I've always marinated them overnight and cooked them through/soft. My go-to mac n cheese (vegan) is just raw cashews/butternut squash(frozen)/nooch/mustard/spices/soymilk…I don't need or like the vegan cheese personally.

You made that hotdog look so pretty and tasty!! The carrot still doesn't convince me hahah, I'm vegan but I rather have some vegan sausage

Noooo… if you wanna save money, don't cut on the maple syrup, just don't waste an entire cup of soy sauce/liquid aminos and instead use a lot less liquid and just microwave the carrots instead of boiling them ^^. You can then sear it in the pan but that's so much waste otherwise lol
