    GERMINATION…
your seeds should be stored in a cool dark place. A refrigerator is good.
The grow roo. Is probably much too warm with the windows and freezedryer and dehydrator.
This will affect your germination rates!!
It would be a waste to loose all your seeds because of being stored in warmth.

For seeds and fluff I take a sheet of paper and sort of hold it together, not folded but like a slide – pour seeds and fluff at the top and let the seeds roll down into a container or another sheet of paper. Then I have a spot to put the fluff part in the trash. Sometimes I have to do it a couple of times, but it's easy and semi satisfying.

I love watching/listening to you while I work…the only thing is your speaking softly so I have to turn it up then when a ad begins to play I have to quickly turn it way down! :(.

    Becky what does vermiculite do?
I’ve only just switched to a good quality seed raising mix purchased from a company rather than from just a local nursery after having shocking results, I’ll sow some seeds on the weekend and see if I have more success.
Oh I just purchased two of your seed boxes from Amazon 😊

I envy you. I wished I lived in the country so I can grow a HUGE garden, with fruit trees, berries etc. I would love to be able to give fresh vegetables to my neighbors but especially to the Food Bank and other places that feed the homeless. I want to be able to raise chickens for eggs. I don't think I can eat the chickens. I get too attached to animals. Love your videos and seeing you harvest food, the recipes and just seeing how happy you are at whatever you're doing. Give the baby a hug for me!

I wear ear plugs when I watch your videos (I watch them all) and when you switch from live talking to narration the volume changes. Sometimes it's a little bit and others it's drastic and hurts my ears. Has anyone else experienced this? Becky, is there anything you can do? Thank you.

Hey Becky first how is that bundle of joy doing. He must be getting big. SoI was watching Jamerrill making yogurt in the insta pot. I have one and I love it. I have a question, can you make dairy free yogurt of any kind? There are dairy free products out there that me and my husband already use. He is not a yogurt fan but I love my yogurt. Also the dairy free yogurt is expensive. What do you think, does dairy free insta pot yogurt have a chance.😀🥰

Hi Becky, i know you are always super busy around the homestead , and may have not noticed. But you have some things around the hot water heater that could potentially be a safety hazard .

You can get a bigger soil blocker that has a hole as big as your smaller blocker. That way there's no up potting. You just stick the smaller block in the bigger one. Also instead of using the compost on top, use vermiculite.
