I make tzatziki sauce all the time. I chop the cucumbers in a small dice, salt and let sit for a while in a colander. I rinse the cucumbers, add greek yogurt, garlic and pepper. Always turns out great. Love your videos!

I’m making something similar whilst watching this but putting it in the freezer. It’s Greek style meatballs but I’ve flattened them out so they go in pita bread better than being so round 🙂 Titus always makes me laugh
