i’m thankful for this channel but literally i have not seen a single authentic thing from a foreign country produced on this channel.
from the sushi to the pasta to the dumplings, none of them even mimic the way they are served in their respective cultures. they all seem to be an americanized version of the food, like you serving “italian food” and giving them fettuccine alfredo.
please do more research for these videos, all you have to do is search for an authentic recipe online to make somewhat authentic food. no more “schezwan” dumplings.
