This recipe sounds & looks delicious. I'm not a fan of oil in my cakes therefore I add 1stick butter (8tbs) & 1/4 cup crisco. I also use the standard cake mixing dry/wet method.
*I used to use paper towel to spread butter on my dishes too… now I use a silicone brush. It waste no butter 😅
