John, as always I enjoy your videos! Just so you know, smoked meats cause bladder, lung and several other deadly cancers. Like cigarettes, they're dangerous, and can impact you forever. One of the first things they tell you after a cancer diagnosis is not to eat smoked meats or foods. Per the American Cancer Society, 54 percent of Americans either have cancer or a family member with it. It's worth a return to an air fried whole chicken, in the 8 or 6 qt., Ninja Foodie to me, I douse it with real avocado oil, cook it, 3.5 to 4 lb. small chicken, about 55 min. on 375 and turn halfway through. Just as beautiful, and juicier.

John you might want to try Half Hickory and Half Applewood Pellets on your Chicken and Pork Cooks. I think it's a fantastic mix and would like to know if you think so too on your next cook on the Pellet Smoker cooking either one. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the outcome of the cook on those. For your first cook on a pellet smoker I thought it was really good!

I always love to see you review and demo new products. I think I NEED this in my life. I was actually researching electric pellet grills and this may be the one for me. I also like this ‘suitcase’ look and that you can pack it up and bring it with you. Thanks for sharing 🍃❤️🍃

Hi John! I love watching your videos – I always stop what I’m doing when I see you’ve posted one. Curious – have you ever tried one of those pellet tubes on a gas grill? I have a medium Green Egg but it’s such a hassle to light and get the temps right, so I’ve been leaning more towards the gas grill. Please keep posting- your videos are SO informative!

It looks awfully small for that price. You can get a full size pellet smoker for that price, but a different brand. Just my opinion 🤷
