    I have an Ironwood 650 when I first got it I would get a bit of a smoke flavor and on super smoke more of a temperature fluctuation which I'm ok with. I don't know if something is broken or due to an update but now I get ZERO smoke flavor and even on super smoke. My temp is pretty much dead on at setpoint. As a matter of fact, I did a pork loin on super smoke and a venison loin on regular mode and it had better flavor. But using it as a grill it can't be beaten, so easy to cook with.

    I tried the low temp as indicated on the show for the 780 but no additional smoke flavour. It would be nice for the technical division to come up with an upgrade to the electronics to make a super smoke mode. Thanks for the remainder of the information.

    I love how they say their pellets are the best on the market yet they got sued for putting oil flavors in their pellets lol. Their pellets have no flavor trust me.
