We used to call that "Mexican Pile-on". It was a Sunday School party staple. Haven't done it in years so we might have to "resurrect" that idea. hahaI love the idea of doing it on the flat top.

I love the cook! May this Mexican suggest that u buy fresh chorizo from your local Mexican store instead of that Johnsonville package and also when u buy tortillas buy milagro those are the best! Buy tostadas at your local Mexican store they usually have the more study and won't break as easy so with that being said you guys have a great channel and great cooking! 💯👍🏼

Great looking cook. I really like the "this isn't so much about the recipe, it's about the idea" way of teaching people not only how to use their griddle but how to cook.

Neil I loved everything about this cook. Great job all the way around. I totally agree with aluminum foil pans I see guys on YouTube using to fry things in. Totally scary. Great catch by the way… Time flies when you’re having fun.🤣🤣🤣 I tell my wife that every year on our anniversary. 😂 hope y’all have a great week!😋👍🏼👊🏻🔥🍻

Really enjoy watching your videos. The reason your tortillas from the tortillas store don’t get as crispy as the store bought one is they have more moisture in them because they are fresh. If you put the fresh ones in the oven 250 degrees for say 30 minutes to an hour, the moisture is dried up and when you fry them they will be crispy. Not a little chew.

If you want that crispy crunch with the flour tortillas, bake them in the oven at 350 for about 7 minutes to remove most of the moisture, then fry them. Crispy everytime!

Well Done Brotha 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼! Glad you brought back your Soon to be Famous beans for this cook. I make a similar corn salsa for the wife, but i use redbeans. Maybe i’ll give it a “Twist” and try it with Black beans.
I also would have chose Chorizo for my 1st tostada 😋👌! Excellent episode Y’all, Cheers 👊🏼😎🤙🏼
