    Quick question – I weight 174lbs, trying to bulk and eating around 2500 calories a day. Is 200 grams a protein too much you think? I set my macros to 35% carbs, 30% fat, 35% protein. What do you think?

    Hey Jack love ur videos as always. I have a question. an u get a six pack just in a calorie deficit and if u don’t track ur macros? Like if your 200 pounds and need 200 grams of protein each day and u only eat like 80-100 per day will u still be able to get a six pack?
