My favorite chicken recipe: Skin on, bone in thighs fried skin down in bacon grease in a really old lidded cast iron "chicken fryer". After it is browned and CRISPY, turn and cook the meat side. This is the most delicious fried chiken recipe ever… did I say CRISPY? Salt and a little garlic too. MMMMMMM

I’ve loved chicken all my life! I used to marinate a London broil in Italian dressing for 24-48 hours then grill it. Delicious & tender! I never thought to do chicken! Thank you for all these great ideas! I’m going to have to make your Alfredo chicken after BBBE! 🐓🍗

Neisha, thank you for all your wonderful posts. You're looking fabulous and baby blue is SO sweet! I was wondering idy you knew, I'm on low dose of Synthroid. Can I add a drop of iodine to my water? Would that interfere with the Synthroid. I'd do appreciate if u could let me know. Thanks SO much! I'll def try some of your chicken recipes! 💜

I have a question about the cauliflower preparation. She says to microwave it for 10 minutes, and that she uses the frozen Green Giant, and that when it's done it should still be cold/luke warm. To actually cook/steam the cauliflower per regular directions you only put it in for like 6 minutes. I'll do it either way, 10 minutes, or til it's still cold/lukewarm, but 10 minutes is going to way overcook it, so i'm a bit confused as to which one to do. I can't imagine someone who cooks for a living has a low-watt microwave, so I'm a bit unsure. Has anyone who's done this method figured out which timing to use to keep it the proper texture for the cheesecloth-wringing?
Edit: I just found the chinese fried rice recipe, and that says to microwave it for 18(!!!!) minutes, but that it should be al dente and rice texture. I'm seriously so confused.

Thank you so much for this!!! I seem to always struggle with what to make for dinner. These recipes sound amazing!! My mother in law's recipe for Arroz Con Pollo got lost when she passed. She was from San Miguel, and had the best recipe. Can't wait to make all of these!

Ok unrelated question … who is Melissa (to you)? For some reason, I always thought she was one of your step-daughters lol. But I just saw her pic on her FB so now I know that’s incorrect. Thanks for these recipe ideas too!!! ❤️
