Instead of cream can use White Sauce.
Melt butter in pan add corn flour & stir. Take it off the fire and add milk slowly. cook again till it becomes thick but not lumpy.
3/4 cup milk-1tbsp flour-1tbsp butter..
instead of crutons use cheezlings readymade.
