I love turkey soup. I enjoy it more then the turkey.
Great use of the leftover turkey bones that people often throw out after thanksgiving, especially during these times when some families are on a budget and need to stretch out meals. I would also freeze some of the stock for future use in other recipes, instead of buying stock. Excellent idea!
