    I moved to another state away from my favorite local Thai Restaurant. This dish tastes exactly like the restaurant I went too. Loved it. I added more Thai chili’s but the fragrance made me lip tingle and feel numb. 😬so careful if you add more. Water just works great too instead of shrimp stock!

    I've been to Pattaya several times. Your Tom Yum recipe is not same. There they use mix of seafood including shrimp, calamari, and fish chunks, shallots, and button mushrooms. And coconut milk. Please post a recipe for that region. I like the seafood mix and coconut milk base. The best. Thanks Palin
