Really good recipe. Mine wasn't as stiff as it should be, but I think I should have whipped the cream longer. That said, it was delicious. Also, I used your recipe for Ladyfingers but used almond flour to make it gluten free. Perfect!

Hi there! Happy New Year! Dropping by to say I made this recipe for Christmas' Eve and it turned out perfect! First time making a tiramisu, it was exciting! my family loved it, so big thanks! Really easy to follow too. I downloaded the pdf and adjusted the portions to 8. Last year I made your lemon pie and it was also divine! Your content is great and your kitchen is beautiful <3

OK, I have a question Say you are not going to add any type of alcohol Then you start making the custard, but what should I use as a substitute? Should I use Expresso, or should I use instant coffee? Any suggestions?

PSA: I misinterpreted “one half cup of rum” as one and a half cup of rum. The textual instruction that shows this instruction didn’t immediately correct my interpretation as it got camouflaged. Lost a batch to this, luckily the non alcoholic version/batch saved the day.

I made your lady finger recipe and was disappointed to find it only made 11 fingers. Am going to start again and double the recipe. Am thinking I’ll use a smaller tip.
