Probably won’t try either one but my hats off to those who come up with new ideas. On another subject, my local Harris Teeter had a sale this week on Fiber One, including the new donuts, however by time I got there the shelves were totally cleaned out of the donuts. Hopefully they come back soon as I would like to try them.

Bake it for40 minutes ,flip it and bakes a little longer ,cool on parchment ,not the pan ,it creates steam the way you did it ,probably why it cracked, mine rolled perfectly, good luck !!!!
