Watched replay, born n raised in Tulsa, breakfast lunch dinner. Family visited from England supper term came over with the pilgrims she said. Glad to see you doing so well Kimberly. Lived in LR for 10 yrs, family stayed and I moved back to okc for work. Live in small town now at 70+ enjoy watching y'all. Oh by the way I'm a grazer that is what my dr says for folks who eat a lil all day. Better for old folks supposedly. ❤

Ask for medical paper tape.. I struggle with the tapes
Kimberly with you working in therapy you know they say not to put Neosporin on it but if you put it on morning and night the staples will come out easier. They won't stick.. I had 75 stapled with my big back surgery.. they did 2 smaller surgeries that had 30 staples each time… I promise you will feel 10xs better once you get the staples out. Will pray for you and your family
