When I saw the paper towel holder I thought how pretty she is. It is sad to think no one likes her. I'm silly about things like that. Handmade items are so special to me. When you picked it up to buy it, it made me love you even more. The afghans are nice.

Be sure to soak the clay baking dish in water to keep it from breaking when you use it and no that’s not the correct lid but it’ll work! So much fun to go thrifting.

I was laughing when you said Travis can only handle two BINGO cards. My mom and I took my husband to real BINGO. Her and I each had 12 cards and he could only do 3. My mom was 80 years old at the time.

Now don’t laugh but those pie plates are nice n deep , when all my kids were home we used them as dinner plates for thanksgiving. No spillage from gravy and my boys and hubby were good eaters so they worked out great.

The Nova Scotia mug is amazing!!! That's where I was born and raised and lived there most of my life. I'm hoping to move back at some point to be close to my family and friends. Great find, and absolutely beautiful!!

I have a few wonderful mixing bowls and Casserole dishes from thriftstores. Great deals and years later they are still in good condition.
Next Tuesday is my drop off donations day as I will be going past the Good Will to do other errands.

We have several used puzzle books like this. They are great. Reading while they put it together. Put together and help identify the pieces on their body, with crayola water mark they mark each others body.

Girl, your thrift stores look so nice by you. I don't know about your area but a lot of people shop at ours so I am wondering if that's why it's slim pickings haha Sometimes I get good things but other times, I walk out with nothing, which makes me sad. AND I LOVE BINGO! I think I played this game before, but I am addicted to another that's literally the same. How fun! 😀

That book section, tho. As a teacher I’m over here drooling over secondhand books that are inexpensive and (look to be) in amazing condition. If I’m ever in Virginia, I’m making a Sharp Shopper and Gift and Thrift stopover

The apple pie plate is vintage I think my Grandmother had a similar one. The one and only Ivan is a great book based on a true story and the movie is very good too.
