I know you joked about putting the 'Indian Sauce' in the fridge, but could you actually put it in the freezer and just thaw the sauce on nights you wanted to make this dish ?

I made this tonight for dinner. It was very good. I will definitely make this again. I wasn’t sure about the curry leaves if you’re supposed to leave them in or take them out like a Bayleaf so I removed them before I added the greens. I also could’ve used more hot peppers, but I decided to start with a little bit so I’ll know how much to use for next time. This was so so good 😊

OMG… Nisha I loved this video and I loved seeing you make this recipe. All the ingredients are right up my alley. And you always make me laugh when you refer to people with baby mouth. I’m planning to make the recipe this week. Just like your tasters I know we will to really enjoy it.

I became a fan awhile back when I found your meal prep video and it spoke to me (I hate eating the same thing everyday too). It changed the way I prep for the week! I will definitely be making this recipe but I have question … Do you think this sauce would freeze well? If I made a large batch and portioned it out I would have a huge win for those super busy “Oops I forgot to make anything” days. Thanks for all the great content!
