Was skeptical so I tried. 1) So easy 2) So flavorful 3) Fun for school lunch or a picnic Don’t skip on the spring onions, the freshness is important to make it complete
please have a look at the studies of the environmental impact of the production of avocados and avocado oil on the environment and the water shortages most (industrial) growers cause for their neighbours in Chile and Mexico and then make an informed decision on whether or not you continue to use such a controversial luxury product for cooking.

NOT GOOD. Flavor is mediocre and they tend to fall apart even when done correctly. Wish this guy would only post excellent recipes instead of just cranking them out and raving about how delicious and amazing his own recipes are (in reality half of them are mediocre at best).
while i think the dish is lovely and i also am a tad relieved, that even some youtube cook is putting too much heat on his oil, i have to say, that rice is one of the ingredients in cooking, that become absoluetly unenjoyable when chared. That said-tried it with low heat, acheved a nice golden browning and it was very, very nice. so a thumbs up anyway.
Can't wait to try it, but it seems that miso isn't available here, what are my options for substitutes? + Can I use smoked paprika instead of chili flakes? Thank you😊
I made these as a snack tonight. They turned out fantastic! I’ve recently started to use miso and this is a nice introduction to it. Thank you for this recipe and I’ll definitely try some other colored beans just for contrast and taste. Gosh, I’m happy with this recipe🌻🤭

I make these at least twice a week with different fillings, served with rainbow salad. Quick, delicious and healthy 😋

Nice idea to feed kids. Can hide food which they don't like to eat.
Thanks Wil
Dude. You keep blowing my mind. It’s amazing how simple the greens are that create such complex textures and flavors. you’re a genius.
