Love the channel, love the style, keep it simple so all of us at home can make it. Lets call it as it is…here in Philly if you used steakums for a cheesesteak you would be evicted from the city. Still going to try this though.

I would of rather seen a video on the Casa Di Pizza Chicken finger pizza honestly, or Beef on Weck or just the classic Buffalo chicken wings. The Stinger is only known to those to actually can't afford real Buffalo food 😂 Yeah I said it, that sandwich is garbage food compared to real Buffalo food. Oh wow a Philly cheesesteak with chicken fingers tossed in Franks and butter to me doesn't make it real Buffalo food

I moved away from Lockport, NY (up the Transit from Buffalo) about 7 years ago. I miss stingers, and Ted's Red Hots and Mighty Taco and beef on weck. Baltimore has it's charm but crab cakes just ain't the same, man.

It's been a while since I have seen a Sam video, but what's going on with the camera? Too many slow motion scenes and way too many cuts. The old videos were amazing IMO. Sam doesn't need production value, his cooking speaks for itself!

I am just 1 1/2 hr from Buffalo, great sub! Sam, have you ever heard of a Quickie? We have a place here called Connie's Diner that has carried on this burger on a bun and crispy fries smothered with gravy tradition for many years in Waterloo, NY (Many of the old timers would remember the place as Chicks diner)
