I’ve been loosing wait and feeling healthier by fasting all day and only eating dinner. I’ll drink organic grapefruit juice in the mornings and just stretch and do some calisthenics around noon. I eat dinner 6 or 7 pm and mostly eat steak and broccoli then I go to work afterwards.
@Thomas Delauer I’ve been on carnivore for about 14 days now. My wife and I go to the movies once or twice a year. How bad would it hurt me if I ate popcorn. And what’s the best way to recover from it? Thanks for your time and what you do
My DexcomG6 sometimes is 9 numbers higher than when I poke my fingers 😔. I have PMR, I have arthritis on my knees, what exercise can I do without pain.
Brilliant!!! And It is absolutely right , that lots of movement ( not hard workout) lowers blood sugar. I’ve noticed that when my husband works hard, like really hard, his Blood sugar is very high, and when we just spend time at the Beach (not necessarily walking a lot), it goes down.
