    Thank you for the hack! I am European and I thought… it's not legitimate to add our butter to asian recipe. I thought it was disrespectful,who I am to adjust…etc. Self limiting thoughs. Now I am encourage to experiment. The first thing I did was miso-chilli-butter carbonara style spaghetti 🍝

    Might try this one day. I dont keep butter in the house and I have dietary restrictions for health reason but might try this once every few months. Also, butter is kinda expensive (for us normal Filipinos) and oftentimes it’s just fake butter.

    Adding butter to ramen is super slept on! I learned the hack 10 years ago and I still do it till this very day.

    Recently I tried adding furikake to ramen's boiling water and it did NOT disappoint! It added a deeper umami flavor that went well with the richness from the butter and the spiciness from the ramen seasoning. I recommend it.
