Your videos are great! Just by looking at the quality of your vids, I had to look twice to see that there was a K instead of an M in your subscriber count. Can't imagine it'll be long before that happens. Awesome work!

3:28 I honestly like the slight darker color over the golden brown. It's just more satisfying for me to see a slightly darker fried chicken due to it having more of a crunch, and I love crunchy foods.

Please cook your rice properly 🙏
    1:1.5 rice to water ratio
Put on the stove on high with the lid on until it starts boiling, then put the heat to low and let it cook for 10-12 mins. Take it off the heat for 10 mins. Do NOT open the lid at all until the 10 mins is up. Then you should get lovely fluffy rice. This ratio is for Basmati rice, but the timing works for sushi rice too, for sushi rice I usually have the water level only just above the rice level and it works great.

Great channel! Just discovered it at 5:20 p.m. Arizona time on Nov. 14. The 30 minute chicken katsu recipe / meal is great, my teenagers will love it. Who (in their right mind anyway) doesn't like a crispy chicken cutlet?

QUESTION: what brand of countertop burner is that, and do you like ? Keep up the great work, and salud!

Quality? Yes, very great! But this just feels like just another YouTube channel that is great at making tasty (helpful) recipes. You are on to something, be yourself king!👑

This was in my recommended and I didnt even realize you were a small channel until after the video. This video is really well done and feels like something I would see on one of the big cooking channels with 100k+ views. Good job brother keep it up ☺
