I’ve never liked avocados but once a year I give them another try, because I feel like I should like them! This year I tried again and now I love them. So I’ll be fixing this salad soon.

I had the pleasure of trying this salad 8yrs ago by a Chinese family who owned a successful restaurant chain. It was similar but with sliced ham. With a dowse of Apple cider vinegar and pepper. It’s been our favourite for summer ever since. Thanks for sharing yours flo
