    Have you ever tried tree spinach. I brought some with various other potted herbs for the garden herb garden. Crumbs it does grow very fast I must say. . I have got lots of herbs and have dehydrated some in my air fryer and use as dried 🌿 as well as fresh. It has a lovely taste. Never seen it to buy as a herb. I think you can easy take cutting of it. There is one type you must cook first as it has something in that means can’t be eaten unless cooked. However this one can be eaten fresh or cooked. Worth a try. Did you cook on air fry..?
